Dear All,
As we roll out 1:1 Chromebooks, we are looking for some solutions to some
common problems.
Namely, we are hoping to find out how you handle tech support for the
students.
(Obviously we can easily handle the basics, like helping the kids log in,
but there are some things beyond our scope/ability, such as student
accounts in need of repair, or hardware issues.)
Do you have a live tech support person available to kids, throughout the
day? If so, where do they reside?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Jill
