Dear all,

We have only one day more for getting candidates for EC seats.
If no organization does have membership status or anyone would not accept
the nomination in some regions, I think how to fill the vacant seat should
be the coming EC's task to be sorted out. One possible solution could be
that the elected EC members appoint liason people for those regions
because basically our charter gives the mandate for administration of
constituency to EC.

However, for the sake of promoting more active participation, we hope
volunteers to respond more actively to the present need for filling EC.

regards,

Chun
