Just to make my position (or lack of it) clear: as many of us, I am not
not sure about what the vote should be. But obviously new TLDs cannot be
decided by ICANN on an ad-hoc basis again. As Susan insists, there is an
urgent need to further (and profoundly) refine the TLD decision-making
process. Vint, BTW, was the only board member to explicitly agree with
Susan on this in the ensuing comments.
