About MINC:

My sense from listening to MINC's presentations and comments during
WSIS/WGIG is they lean towards being an industry association rather
than an NGO. But I know the background of the organization and if Tan
Tin Wee says they meet the conditions of the charter then I see no
reason not to accept them as members. Though I would ask him to read
the charter and confirm.

It gets awkward when thinking about representatives: Tin Wee is
clearly from a noncommercial background, whereas I believe Khaled
Fattal is a businessman.

Best,

Adam
