NCUC'ers:

Since our current Chairman Carlos is retiring and we are in dire need of 
electing a new Chair to the Constituency, I'd like to nominate Milton 
Mueller to the position due to his continued commitment to NCUC.   I 
know its a thankless and demanding job, but hopefully Milton will be 
willing to stand for the position and look after our constituency one 
more time.   :-)
