While I think Milton is obviously an excellent choice, I would like to 
propose we try to get candidates from regions other than North- and 
Latin America. I think regional rotation should be a practice of NCUC. 
If no candidates from these regions appear (Africa, Asia), only then we 
would drop this rule.
