EFA of Australia received enough votes from EC to be admitted. 
INTLNet was discussed and there was no sentiment to change the rejection, although we will await the action of the Ombudsman.
The Gauss Institute (Puerto Rico) seemed to be ineligible because it is the operator of a ccTLD registry and after a conversation with the applicant they will withdraw the application, but may do something later under University auspices.
