have not rejoined the NCUC and you will not be able to 
vote in the upcoming election. 

Remember, t rejoin all you need to do now is return the form
with the authorization and designation of official representative.

Although you can join any time thereafter, we will suspend 
membership processing during the election, from Oct.
10 to October 31.
