As per the AoC he is a rep for USSH Inc. (US StakeHolders 
Incorporated) chaired by the NTIA supported by http://export.gov/advocacy/.
No comment available. However, this only results from a temporary USG 
"shut down", not a permanent "shot down" of the issue.
