NCUC has two new organizations as members.

IP Justice http://www.ipjustice.org/
is an international civil liberties organization
that promotes balanced intellectual property law.
Its director, Robin Gross, spoke at the WSIS meeting
in Geneva in December and attended the ICANN Rome
meeting.

The Association for Progressive Computing (APC),
http://www.apc.org/english/ 
is an international in membership organization of
organizations. It has been an important participant in 
and shaper of the civil society side of the World Summit,
but ithas been around since 1990 and has longstanding
relationships with the United Nations. Karen Banks
will be their representative on the list.
