I have sent an inquiry to our IT department to see if we can host the
call using a traditional conferencing system. I will also check to see
if non US numbers can dial-in. We are on a very tight budget here but I
will see what I can do.

P.S. FYI: VOIP & PSTN (a.k.a. the classic telephone network) overlap in
various ways and it is not a problem to call "old style" numbers. At
the same time you probably already dialled many more VOIP accounts than
you were aware of with our "old style" phone.
