Yes, there is plenty of time to do this the last week of January (and we 
can't put it off any longer).

The previous schedule was for candidates to be announced by 1/14, so 
hopefully that should give CGI.br enough time to prepare the ballots for 
an election during the last week of January.  

What are the exact dates for the election?
