I agree with Horacio's analysis (well, of course not "all"
UDRP decisions are resolved in favor of TM owners, just
80%) and intend to include "forum shopping" or "Complainant
selection of the arbitrator" as a top priority.

Please do not feel constrained by the staff report list.

What do people on this list think of having UDRP appeals?
Pro: outrageously bad decisions might get reversed more easily.
Con: good decisions might get reversed. Undermines
role of courts and national law.

(1) Complainants will select the arbitrator favorable to their cause
(2) Because most complainants are the big IP owners, most of the
complainants will choose the WIPO Panel and the like
(3) The other arbitrators will close down
(4) Only WIPO and other arbitrators sympathetic to IP owners will be left
around
(5) All UDRP cases will be resolved in favor of IP owners
