In what I hope will be one of my last acts as legacy chair, I have prepared a draft of a report we have to submit to the ICANN Board. This is part of a bureaucratic exercise wherein the Board commands all the GNSO constituencies to "evaluate its adherence to the requirements of Bylaw Article X, Section 5, Subsection 3." I encourage you to review and comment on this. The Board will complain that we lack participation if you don't and it doesn't understand the simple fact that one reason people don't participate in GNSO is that GNSO activity it is so completely dominated by these kinds of meaningless organizational thiings and internal busy work ;-)
