Mr. Schneiders, Raul: thank you for your comments. It is true that Verisign's decision came soon after ICANN reiterated its demand for Verisign to end the scheme. However, it is unclear precisely when the shutdown will occur, although ICANN had set a deadline of 18:00 Pacific Daylight Time (03:00 Central European Time, 22:00 in Uruguay, 21:00 in New York). We'll see...
