I understand, but the fact is that we need far more than clarification
of the current process. The process itself is inconsistent as the facts
prove and does not resist to very basic questions. Intentionally, it
seems restricted basically to a case-by-case basis to facilitate certain
business/political dealings etc.
I any case, I do not want to force (and I cannot, of course) NCUC to
adhere to my proposal. My hope is that the final statement on the issue
stresses the need for a far more profound and open (and urgent!)
discussion on the creation/deleg/redeleg criteria and process. Unless,
of course, NCUC is satisfied with the current criteria and process.
