Danny:
There is already a line in there acknowledging a difference on this.
And I have proposed to add that we support rebidding .net. As a way forward, I suggest that you:
a) draft a (short!) explanation of why we favor continuing to rebid .net (VeriSign dominance)
b) expand the one-liner on minority opinion to a paragraph of your choice.
This task force has a call in 15 minutes from now.....sigh.

Carlos,
Milton did a great job with the rewrite. The only
bone of contention appears to be how to handle the
issue of renewals. We should probably discuss this
one topic a bit further just so that whatever minority
view emerges is properly reflected in the document.
all the best,
Danny
