I took the survey about a week ago. It sucks. It takes a long time
because it asks about individual TLDs. As a social science researcher
the assumptions and biases built into the questions are extremely
obvious.

I'm aware that the registrars constituency has been in
receipt of this survey since April 20 (with a
requested return date by COB May 1).  

In my view, NCUC members should each fill out the
survey and return them individually to Liz Williams
today.  The survey has 26 questions; it shouldn't take
long to complete.
