Dear Milton Mueller,

Milton, I respect your thinking.
And as I said earlier, I don't want to have run-off.

However, I should point out one thing.
Obviously, email discussion is only one way for our constituency members
to share our thinking. But as you know, everybody is not so familiar with
this way of communication and working. In my own experience, even now,
email discussion is always not easy. Moreover, in English, it is really
suffering to most non-English speakers.

Throughout my last experience of ICANN, email list, conference call, and
quick quick in English - all these are my impressions. In my thinking,
this is very typical American way of working. And always we are
saying it is bottom-up, geographically diverse, or sometimes international
and etc. On its surface, it seems to be very inclusive but clearly very
exclusive. The most serious thing is that ICANNists are completely
ignorant of where they are wrong.

Milton, you are our chair.
And we have our regional representatives.
As a chair, together with them, you can try to find out the best way how
to sort out the current problem. And the issue who would take one year or
two year term is so urgent task now? I think you, one facilitator, have
the responsibility to encourage and lead all people to work together in a
more confident relationship.

I don't think this issue is so serious. But this way of working doesn't
seem to be so desirable for new team.

regards,

Chun
