Robert,
Rigging an election by removing qualified candidates
and then introducing your own candidate into the mix
without anyone on the NARALO discussion list being
made aware of that candidacy is not a stellar
demonstration of "process"; your actions demonstrate
an abuse of authority and a callous disregard for the
views and concerns of the NARALO membership -- and
yes, your integrity is at issue.
Integrity means adherence to ethical principles.
Denying a qualified candidate the opportunity to be
voted upon is unethical and is unfair to the
candidate.
