Sunday ALAC is having a meeting discussing RALOs. 

ALAC RALO Workshop (10:30-15:00) (Fez 1A)

Annette of ALAC has been pressing me hard to attend. I told her that I
do not believe the RALO structure of ALAC to be viable and that I am
supporter of the Carlos Afonso proposal to create an overarching civil
society group for ICANN, which integrates NCUC and ALAC, and therefore
have trouble investing time or energy into the RALO discussion. However,
I did volunteer to have you attend this meeting (!)
