I would like to nominate Norbert Klein as GNSO Council candidate from the AP region. 
I would be happy to second the domination of Carlos Affonso (II) for GNSO Council.

Bear in mind that due to geographic representation rules, no one from North America is eligible for the open GNSO Council seats, as Robin is in that position for another year. 

I would also like to nominate Robert Guerra for a second term as North American EC representative. 

Who is interested in filling the slots for the African, European, Asia Pacific and Latin America/Caribbean regions?

Since I am not from those regions I would prefer that someone else nominate.
