Hi,
I suggest you submit them early and send the list the reference so anyone who want to send in a comment or an endorsement will still have time to do so.
I plan to do that with the ones I submit as I do so.
And yes, I am working at the last minute again.
I understand the comment area will remain open (sent to the council list) as long as it is May 15th anywhere in the world (my favorite time zone)
