Avri,

We may want to add a section about trademarks protection mechanisms in the new gTLDs. Possible under item 'issues and strategies' - this will not take long, but from what I see there are some issues with the trademark protection proposals that made it into DAG4 - I am still going through them but on a first glance it appears that ICANN has inserted wording that was not part of the STI.

I can talk about the Trademark Clearinghouse, the URS and the PDDRP.
