I don't think in UTC :( an abominable failure I know, but... I can't
make this meeting very attentively, though I can join with one ear at
times.
On the upside, I don't think Council is actually voting on anything
beyond "RESOLVED, that the GNSO Council acknowledges that the VI Working
Group is unable to achieve a consensus by the Board requested date of 8
October 2010;" and sending its letter to the board.
I'm inclined to vote in favor.
