Hi Avri
What is the process for advising the Candidate Constituency (Consumer) about the observer nominations? Perhaps we rely in responses to the list email?
Cheers
Rosemary

Subject: [NCSG-Discuss] Fwd: NCSG vote
Hi,
Thank you Glen.
- The charter got 96 votes in favor.
- Recalling that there were 155 possible votes for this ballot.
- 96 votes constitutes 61.9% of the eligible electorate.
The charter has met the 60% threshold requirements for adoption by the NCSG and is now the Stakeholder Group's governing document.
Next steps:
- Each of NCUC and NPOC need to select their 2 representatives to the NCSG EC and Policy committees; and 1 member to the Financial Committee
- The Candidate Consumer Constituency may appoint 1 observer to each of the committee.
- I will update the Email lists for all the committees
As soon as the new EC is constituted, hopefully no later than next week, my role as chair of the Executive Committee will be finished. The new EC will need to pick an interim chair who will see the NCSG though the period between now and the election of the NCSG Chair and who will be responsible for running that elections. This interim chair, while needing to be a member of the NCSG, does not need to be one of the appointed members of the EC.
Thanks to all of those who voted.
a.
