Yeah, just to be clear: this is an NCUC-specific matter that is being
discussed informally, even though it's on the NCSG list. FYI, this
putting forth of nominations and seconding them on-list is traditional in
NCUC culture on what used to be the NCUC-discuss list.
I'm not sure whether to take this as a rhetorical question (i.e., why not
have a separate NCUC list for NCUC-specific matters -- or at least use
Avri's suggestion to include header flags like [NCUC elections], though
the subject itself here seems pretty clear as a "flag" in this case). Is
that the point? Or is it just a reflection of uncertainty as to what is
going on?
