As I wrote the above, I did have the realization that I had not confirmed this for myself. It is a good warning that, should I get admitted to ATRT2, I better check all 'facts'.

Thanks, I will. I remember it somewhat and I thought that the board, while acting in accordance with the general guidelines of the panel's recommendation, had claimed its right to do otherwise. But I admit, I did not follow the case that closely.
