The councilors were elected SG-wide but there is still a need for a constituency pc and they should be on it, alongside the constituency chair. I don't see the need for an election to reaffirm this...?

Considering that this is no longer the case and, under the NCSG Charter, we now have NCSG councillors, this is one of the areas where the charter should be amended. So, unless we decide on a process on how to assign people to the NCUC PC or whether we even want to have a PC, we can't hold elections for these seats
