After some quick consultation it seems like this waited too long to get this going and many people already have dinner plans on Thursday night.  So I've suggested to ALAC folk that anyone who's interested just meet in the hotel bar for pre-dinner libations after the Public Forum on Thursday.  Of course, anyone who's free and wants to spontaneously wander off together afterward to an eatery could do so, plenty of options in the neighborhood.
