Hi Bill,

Another possibility is that the 2 NCSG-PC appointees from the NCUC, whether appointed or elected, can serve the function for the constituency.

In any case, reading this charter looks like it has not been changed in a long time. I thought that the Constituency went through a charter update around the time of the GNSO restructuring, and had added individual membership.

In any case, this version of the charter looks like it might need a fair amount of work to both bring it it correspondence to the NCSG charter and current NCUC practice. E.g noticed that the charter (IX.A) required NCUC to have 3 email lists, Discuss, Announce and EC.

>> [Konstantinos Komaitis] no we won't. At the time the charter was drafted, the NCUC elected councillors were by default members of the PC. Considering that this is no longer the case and, under the NCSG Charter, we now have NCSG councillors, this is one of the areas where the charter should be amended. So, unless we decide on a process on how to assign people to the NCUC PC or whether we even want to have a PC, we can't hold elections for these seats
