Hi all,

ICANN staff has now submitted their response, which I'm attaching. As
expected they took a harder line against several of the
recommendations, including in many cases on very vague lines ("could
impact resourcing and operations", "could have significant impact on
ICANN’s ability to serve its mission", etc.).

This might be worth checking out in crafting the NCSG response.
