But we want someone in staff who is working on this, right? That is what
the previous report of the CCWP HR was about [0]. This cannot and should
not be done either ONLY by the board, ONLY by staff, or ONLY by the
community.
Whereas we've been having success on board engagement (after the
questions of last time), we will need to work more with staff,
henceforth this question.
