That is my assumption as well for all of these reviews.  I would feel
wrong commenting on the CWG when I am one of those trying to explain it
to people and working on some of the missing pieces.

I can try to take a look at PPSAI since i have no idea what they have
been doing, but care.
Not sure about when i have time.  Certainly can't take responsibility
for writing a review.

Would be really good if some of the hundreds of members NCSG has who are
not drowning in one of these processes already could take on some of the
comment gathering and writing.  If some of the many members would take
on 1 comment writing task a year, it would be great!

It is easy:

- you write your comments
- put them in a drive or mopad or ...
- people suggest edits and comments of their own layerd on the original
comments
- clean-up and polish after a week or two
- turn over to NCSG Policy Committee

or something like that.

A 2-6 week commitment.
