below. NCSG Executive Committee wants to hear members' opinions,
should we sign it as NCSG or not. Whether you think we should or not,

In any event our members can sign it individually if they so
choose.

Considering the next World Economic Forum that will take place in Kigali on
the 11-13 May with a spirit based on the country's traditional culture:
"Umuganda" (coming together in common purpose to achieve an outcome), the
Africa 2.0 Foundation and its partners are inviting you to join them in the
#Internet4all campaign. This campaign aims at gathering key stakeholders in
the ICT field in order to defend the idea of an Internet as a basic right
for all and facilitate all actions towards an affordable Internet access.
Thus, and according to your commitment in promoting a sustainable
development through the digital economy, we are requesting the authorization
to add you (or somebody you could nominate at a better position of
influence) on the list of signatories besides other distinguished persons
such as:
