It has been a real pleasure to work with James, and he has shown a great 
deal of dedication to our causes.  I definitely support this nomination, 
but not before thanking Rafik for his excellent chairmanship.  It was a 
ton of hard work, and at least in my case a lot of thankless followup on 
things I was behind on!  I don't want to put James off by saying this is 
a thankless job, but it is a hard one and I know that his excellent 
project management skills and diplomacy will help him get through it and 
excel.  And to Rafik....thanks!! Your escape is within sight!!!  We 
really appreciate all the work you have done, and your encyclopedic 
knowledge of where everything is, and your patience with folks like me 
saying they cant find things.
