Dear Rafik
A special thank you to you from me, and also on behalf of everyone in
APC. During you term as chair you have helped me to understand the
ever-confusing world of ICANN. This is a world that I have seen emerge
and grow but which remains hard to grasp for those of us who are not
fully immersed in it.
You were always there when I had a question, and you always provided
clear and easy to understand answers.
So thanks very, very much.
Tapani, really looking forward to working with you. You have been a
voice of calm and reason in the IGF internet rights and principles
context and as the discussion about human rights in ICANN intensifies it
is a really good for NCSG to have chair with expertise in this area.
Best wishes to you both.
