I should further note that what ICANN is looking for experts - people
with experience and background in consumer trust issues. For us (NCSG),
there may be two ways that "consumer trust" can be used: as a content
issue for websites (can consumers trust who is running the website and
what it selling or sharing (is this even within the scope of ICANN?)) OR
"consumers" as Registrants -- the group of Registrants who buy, sell,
transfer and use domain names and in many cases are subject to
revocation, complaints and other forms of abuse without due process or
protections (see recent posting by John Berryhill on CircleID).

Whatever your view, a Review Team is like a working group on steroids.
It runs hard, fast and intensely, with huge amounts at stake for our
NCSG members, and the need for dedicated and continuous work, drafting,
editing and advocacy.

Best,
Kathy
