For some unknown reason the April 14 meeting was missing from

https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/NCSG+Monthly+Policy+Meetings

Maryam got it added there, but the attendance summary is still missing,
apparently never made.

But I grepped the speakers from the transcript and updated the summary
table accordingly, so now it includes that meeting as well - my
apologies for any errors.

To those asking for 2015 attendance, I agree it'd be useful but as per
meeting attendee listings have only been prepared for November and
December meetings for 2015, the rest would have to be collected from
the transcripts as well and time is short.
