There are two ways to volunteer:
· As an active participant who wishes to engage in the
day-to-day discussions of the particular topic. Each active participant
is expected to spend at least 1-3 hours per week on Sub -Team work and
will have posting rights to the mailing list.
· As an observer who wishes to follow the topic discussion but
not actively participate at the Sub-Team level. Observers are not
expected to spend time on Sub-Team work and will not have posting rights
to the mailing list.
If you are interested in being a participant or observer in any of the
Work Tracks please enter your name and email in the Google Drive
Document at:

If for whatever reason, you are unable to access the Google Drive
Document, please contact staff and we will be happy to add your name on
your behalf.
Using the blue and orange boxes in the Google Doc, please enter your
name and email address into the Work Tracks you have an interest in
volunteering in. Entering your name in the blue box means you’d like to
volunteer as an active participant. Entering your name in the orange
box means you’d like to volunteer as an observer. Highlight your name
in yellow if you are interested in serving as the Sub Team's rapporteur(s).
