I could be wrong, but I will fill in what I understood:
Rafik has to communicate to the NCHP that NCSG is putting forward also a candidate. Since Ayden’s nomination was only in the PC list. So, like Heather sent her intentions, Rafik should as well. Tapani as NCSG Chair could also state the NCSG that we support this at SG level, but anyways Rafik has to state and defend his intentions.
After that the NCHP has to, by consensus, put forward one candidate to the CPH (CPH can bring its own candidate as well, or not). Then GNSO will vote all together (I don't know the majority needed, but is not consensus, if CPH and CSG vote united I understand that’s enough votes to select a chair.).
