GNSO Councilors from the NCSG are meant to represent the entire Stakeholder Group, including individual members like myself, who are not a member of any Constituency, so no Constituency representation is applicable here.
Also, GNSO Councilors, although they may represent an entity in their NCSG membership and declare a region to satisfy diversity requirements, are again required to represent the entire Stakeholder Group, not any specific entity or region in doing their work within the GNSO Council. They are also accountable to the entire membership of the NCSG, irrespective of members’ employment, representation or country/region of origin or residence.
I hope this helps.
Thanks.
Amr
