Good point Paul!
As I read Amazon´s deposition for their case, I though hilarious the
fact alleged by Amazon that most BCG committee members where at the
same time members of the committee that assigned the new TLDs in the
first place (NGC…. or something like that), violating an internal ams
length separation between themselves.
Even if it is not valid legal argument, it fails some basic concepts of
internal separation of responsibilities/accountabiliyt within the board
(in my personal legally challenged view).
