I can only add a 1++ to Aydens arguments. It is great to have Farzaneh! And thanks for her work.

I absolutely agree Ayden, Farzaneh is dedicated, disciplined, and has
repeatedly demonstrated her ability to exercise sound judgement while also
responding to the community.
