Resolving disputes via creating problems in members’ place of employment seems to be a growing trend in the NCSG. This is disappointing, and not only of our members, but also of the NCSG’s leadership, which doesn’t do nearly enough to discourage this type of vindictive conduct.
Vaibhav…, do you honestly believe that settling a dispute with a colleague in this space by threatening to make problems for him in his place of employment is fair or reasonable? Is this something you would encourage other members to do as well, whenever a dispute between any two of us may occur?
I ask that you consider my question, Vaibhav, and think about the potential consequences of this becoming a common-place occurrence within the NCSG. I ask you this because, sadly, you are not the first one of our members to go down this path.
Don’t you think that a dispute between you and another member may be resolved by other means, instead?
Thanks.
