Hi,

I believe that a decision on whether meeting in PR is possible or not
will be made by the staff. As far as I can tell plans are still in place
for PR, and until the CEO, and his staff, decides differently that is
the assumption I am going on. I believe the desire is to give recovery
every chance before making any other decision.
