I was confused when I got my ballot. I saw these three candidates listed for Africa:

  Africa 1 seat (1-year term) 
  Please select 1 choice: 
  5. Benjamin Akinmoyeje 
  6. Hago Daffala 
  7. Thato Mfikwe 
  8. Abstain 

I looked for discussions on the list by "Hago Daffala" and found none, which seemed quite odd.
Finally I discovered that the ballot appears to have misspelled the name with two f's instead of
two l's. Clearly it should be Hago Dafalla.  This may be related to the issues pointed out in
the message by Hago Dafalla which I'm responding to.

I'm worried that this could cause problems for other voters.
