And congratulations to Matthew Shears, these look like interesting
times in the board.

As for the process, I was on GNSO SCI when the vice-chair selection
procedures were being finalized and it was a rather lenghty process.
While it can be excruciating in detail, procedures are important but
so is finalizing things.

With that in mind I will remember everyone that GNSO SSC is still
lacking a 3rd nominee. The 1st and last time SSC had a selection, NCSG
did manage to have a member in the final selection, despite appeals
otherwise. Next time, we may not be so lucky. So would be best to
decide on this soon.
