I seem to recall I actually did, but only briefly and rather a long
time ago. I did not pursue it further because at the time there was no
prospect of NCSG actually having any money of its own.
Anyway, noting that CSG already exists as a legal entity there
obviously is nothing big in the way of making NCSG such as well.
I fear it would involve revising our Charter though, and if so
it'd stretch the timeline so much we'd probably need an interim
solution anyway.

Perhaps so. But the EC (and FC) should be able to work out the
details.
