Dear members,

I would like to thank Raoul Plommer for nominating me for another (and
last) term on the GNSO Council, to all those who supported this
nomination and to those who reached out to encourage me to consider
going for that.

But I cannot accept the nomination, I am considering leaving the
Council at the end of this term so that I can focus on other projects
going on in my professional life as well as in the Internet governance
space.

I would like to thank the NCSG for the trust and support I have
received and for my Council colleagues for their patience with me,
their support and guidance. I have to admit it was not easy but I will
be leaving the Council in November with a lot of experience at all
levels and very good memories that I will cherish forever.

I will remain active in the NCSG and the ICANN community and I look
forward to serving our stakeholder group in another capacity, in the
future.

I would like to express my support for my friend Farell Folly who is
running for Council. I strongly believe he will do good as he has
proven to be a hard-working and very committed young man. I remain
available should he need any kind of advice or support during his time
on Council, if elected.
